Join us for our Sunset Paddle on Monday the 20th June ( In place of the normal SocialSup) Join us for some supper before hand or just come for the paddle.
SUNSET PADDLE

On the water at 8:45pm
Off the water by 10:30 pm (approx)
£15.00 SUP HIRE or £10 BRING YOUR OWN BOARD. FOOD NOT INCLUDED

£22.50 – BREAKFAST INCLUDED- JUST HIRE OF BOARDS TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR EVERYONE AT THIS TIME
Each session will be a 2 hour paddle (approx). Giving you the opportunity to experience the longest day of the year. Yes, I know you are thinking its early and late for a school night… but it only happens once a year 🙂
Paddle Experience and head torch or light is mandatory for both sessions

What to Bring
Dress for the weather! Be prepared to be active and comfortable, and please note as we are paddling in the evening, layers is key, the temperature will drop as the sun sets.
- Mandatory:
Water bottle, - Towel, and a change of clothes for after your paddle.
- Sliders/ flip flops/ sandals for on site.
- Any personal medical items such as inhalers and epi pens.
- Head Torch or Light
- Recommended:
Gym wear or quick drying layers. Bug spray if susceptible to insect bites. Glow sticks!!
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU WISH TO WEAR SUNGLASSES, PLEASE DON’T WEAR EXPENSIVE ONES IN CASE YOU FALL IN – PADDLES FLOAT, GLASSES DON’T!
To help protect all parties involved including those who are using their own equipment please make sure you have completed our Medical Questionnaire. You are only required to fill this out Annually however must update us if there is any change.

A SUP NORWICH FIRST…
Make the most of the longest evenings of the year and join us for a paddle and silent disco chill out with old and new SUP Norwich friends on Saturday 25th June.
Arrive from 7.00pm
Preordered food 7.30pm
On the water 8:00pm – 8.15pm (depending on tide level launching from The River Garden or Horsewater)
Paddle and music 8.15 – 10pm
An approximate 2 hour paddle paddling around Thorpe Island enjoying the sunset followed by an on board chill out music session. Grab your glowsticks, hire a board or bring your own, we want to get as many of you out on the water and enjoying the longer evenings before they start drawing in!

Please note there is limited parking available at the pub itself. There is free on road parking along Yarmouth Road and up by Rivergreen.
You are welcome to drop off in the pub car park to initially drop off your own board if bringing your own and we can store any bags on site.

Headphones are paid for with your booking, please note £2.00 from your headset hire is fundraising towards a defibrillator machine to be located at the pub.
