My name is Lee, founder of Norfolk Paddle Boards. I originally set up the company to provide people with an opportunity to try something new whilst exploring the beautiful waters that Norfolk has to offer.
After a very short time I soon began to see the NPB was more than that. It's a place for people to meet new people, talk, listen, switch off and un wind. An escape from day to day worries and stress. A getaway, without having to travel too far.
I'm looking to grow the team this year with individuals who aspire to be part of helping make peoples lives a little brighter. Crew members are more than their job titles, they are individuals who connect with our customers, delivering them incredible service. Making everyone feel at ease and welcome to the NPB tribe.
