We will try some fun and challenging moves that can be practiced both on land and on the water! I will be guiding you through a selection of Pilates Matwork exercises specifically chosen with Paddleboarding in mind; each one designed to stretch & strengthen your body whilst allowing you to stay centred and balanced...just what you need whilst on your board! Choose from Pilates sessions on land or take the plunge and join me on your boards, nothing like the added challenge of staying afloat! Each session lasts one hour, all abilities welcome.
