Join Holly at the Red Lion Bishopgate for a fun birthday paddle along the River Wensum before heading back to the RLB and heading for a picnic along the river.

About the event
What should I wear?
Synthetic layers which allow movement and dry quickly are the best option: e.g. sports leggings, loose clothing. Try to avoid jeans and cotton which may be very uncomfortable if they get wet!
On your feet: again, something comfortable and quick drying is best. You can also paddle bare foot.
We would highly recommend bringing a change of clothes and a towel for after your paddle, just in case you fall in - these can be left with Norfolk Paddle Boards on site.
